As the customer entered the industrial prefab manufacturing market, they required more than an automated production line-they needed a complete manufacturing facility built from the ground up. VMG Technics was selected as the turnkey technology partner to design, engineer and deliver a fully automated prefab wall panel production facility, integrating robotics, CNC machining and digital manufacturing into one continuous production ecosystem with annual capacities of up to 350,000 m².

One production line manufactures renovation façade panels and wall panels for new construction, enabling fast changeovers between projects while maintaining high productivity.

Engineered for Scale
Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, the production line manufactures wall panels up to 12 × 3.2 m, 400 mm thick and weighing up to 3.5 tonnes, with production cycles of up to 20 minutes per panel.
